STEP ONE
Brand Discovery
You will receive an invite to join our communication and organization platform, where we house all content plans, tools, brand assets, etc. In addition to that, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire, to give us an in-depth understanding of: your brand identity & voice, your audience & goals, your aesthetic & content preferences, etc.
STEP TWO
Welcome & Kickoff
We will set up a 60-minute session, where you will meet the team that will be supporting you. We will review your questionnaire, gain necessary access to your social accounts, and start brainstorming content strategies!
STEP THREE
Blueprint & Brand Bible
By week two, we will be working on your social media foundation which includes:
– A full written out social media strategy plan based on some trends & engagement data
– We will create & present content inspiration & mood boards for aesthetics
– And we will work with you to create your “brand bible,” which includes elements like brand colors, fonts, graphics, content tone, messaging style, posting guidelines, brand mission statement, values, and personality.
STEP FOUR
Approval & Content Planning
Before launching, we will review your “brand bible” and social media strategy. Once approved:
– We will start creating a content calendar that align with your goals
– Plan your first and as many as we can content shoots with an outline of what they would look like
STEP FIVE
Content Delivery
By week three, we will bring your social media brand to life! We will have edited & ready-to-post content for the next two weeks for you to look over & approve. We will once again go over some posting guidelines, (or we can handle scheduling for you!).
STEP SIX
Performance, Engagement & Growth
This is a quarterly-repeating step. We will schedule meetings with you every quarter to review performance, refine strategies, go over analytics & reporting, and update any new brand details.
*Step one-five all happen in the span of 3 weeks. Content delivery and Performance are recurring steps that we require to make sure we are aligning with your needs!
