How long does it take to see results from social media content?
Social media growth is a long-term strategy. While some results, like engagement and reach can be seen within the first month, sustained growth and conversions typically take 3-6 months. As a client of 24MediaStudio, we like to have quarterly meetings to go over progress, growth, new strategies, and data.
Do I need to have existing social media accounts set up before starting with 24MediaStudio?
Yes, for most clients we need to have access to your social media platform so you need to have accounts. However, you don’t necessarily have to have any content on your accounts. That’s why we are here!
Can you handle all my social media management, or do I need to be involved?
We do offer full-service management, including content creation, scheduling, and performance & analytics. With the full-service option, clients don’t need to worry about managing their social media. However, we do like to collaborate with our clients just to ensure everything we create aligns with your vision. We will keep you updated with regular reports and strategy meetings, and we will always seek your approval for key milestones.
How do you determine the pricing for your services?
Pricing is determined by the scope of work, including factors like:
– The type of service (product, service, or personal brand)
– The number of platforms you want to target
– Number of campaigns you would like to promote
– Complexity of content (photoshoots, videography, graphic design)
– The level of engagement and community management needed

Once content is created and approved, you’re welcome to post it yourself, or we can handle posting for you. If you’d like to make changes or adjustments, you can totally contact us and we can make changes to the content or let us know that you are going to change it yourself!
What happens if we want to change or cancel our services?
We understand that business needs to evolve. If you’d like to change or cancel services with 24MediaStudio, we ask for a 30-day notice, and we’ll work with you to make the transition smooth. For more details, please refer to the contract terms.
